First step in your admission is to get student's invitation letter. You have to fill the application form and send it to us by e-mail or fax +38-061-222-8577 as well as copies of Passport (pages with the photograph, date of birth and passport validity (date of issue & expiry) and Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education.
Invitation applications are accepted from the end of May every year until first of November. It takes from 10 to 15 days to process the documents with the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The invitation (including visa support procedures) must be paid before arrival. It costs 200 USD and may be paid through Bank Transfer, Western Union or any other source.
As you need only original invitation you have also refund us 100 USD for courier service (DHL, TNT, FedEx) or you may pay for delivery in advance in your country.
Upon receiving the invitation letter, the student must contact the Embassy of Ukraine in his / her country in order to apply for the student's visa. The following documents must be provided:

Complete Higher Secondary School Certificate (including mark sheet) and its translation into Russian/Ukrainian certified by a notary or by the Ukrainian Embassy in your country |

AIDS test certificate |

Medical health certificate (issued not later than two months prior to entering Ukraine) and its translation into Russian/Ukrainian certified by a notary or by the Ukrainian Embassy in your country |

Birth certificate and its translation into Russian/Ukrainian certified by a notary or by the Ukrainian Embassy in your country |
Besides, on arriving Ukraine a student must have:

10 photos (3 X 4) |

Open date ticket providing returning home during a year |

Medical Insurance for one year |
Additional documents for students obtaining admission to the Master's degree, Postgraduate course or Ph.D.:

Diploma/Degree Certificate and its translated copy in Russian/Ukrainian language certified by a notary or the Ukrainian Embassy in your country |
|
Mark sheets of all academic years (including studied subjects, marks & hours for each subject) and theirs translated copies in Russian/Ukrainian language certified by a notary or the Ukrainian Embassy in your country |
A representative of ADVANTA Company will meet you at the airport and accompany you to the university and the students' hostel. You must inform us about the flight details (flight number, date and time of arrival, city of arrival and name of airport) seven days in advance. Moreover, our representative will help you with all custom formalities.
The student will not be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine if a representative of ADVANTA Company is not present at the airport with the power of attorney from the University. This is because of the official Rules and Regulations of Ukrainian Immigration Department.
